Paul Salazar
Paul Salazar has dedicated more than fifteen years to international education, building a career focused almost exclusively on boarding schools and global student recruitment. He has helped establish international boarding school organizations, co-found international education companies, and develop worldwide recruitment networks connecting schools with trusted education consultants across the globe.
He also worked directly within one of the leading boarding schools in the United States, providing first-hand experience in admissions, enrollment management, and international student recruitment. Education — and boarding schools in particular — has always been his passion.
Paul earned his Master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has worked alongside government organizations and educational initiatives in Australia, Mexico, and the United States. This rare combination of experience across education, government, and international recruitment allows him to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and build lasting partnerships throughout the global education community.
